What happened?

Client cannot connect to server, gives following error:

Checking the server file list shows that stevescarts-1.21-1.2.10-neoforge.jar is missing from the server side:

noticed a discrepancy in file list that i posted, confirming update fully applied on the server side. will close for now

figured out what happened. When i copied the server files link from the curseforge app it hadn't finished updating the pack yet so was still referring to the previous version's server pack!
