[Bug]: Productive Bees stop working (correctly)

What happened?
Yesterday (pack version 1.15) I noticed that I wasn't getting products from my bees. They all are in advanced oak beehives with oak expansion boxes. most have perfect stats, but some have random stats. This goes for both productive bees bees aswell as for vanilla bees. The vanilla bees all have beta upgrades, but the productive bees all have block upgrades with gamma, beta or omega upgrades. If a productive bees beehive does not have a gamma or omega upgrade it also has a simulator upgrade. Some only have a block and simulator upgrade.
And with natural spawining nest, or atracting bees to a placed nest, bees don't want to come to the nest or come out of the nest.

Taking the world I had on 1.15, which has the same problem the world I currently play in 1.16, to 1.14 and it is fixed. Taking the 1.16 world to 1.14 or 1.15 says there is some kind of error or corruption and I have to either go back to the main menu or load the world in safe mode. Somewhere whilst updating to 1.15 (most likely because that was the version the problems started in) or 1.16 something went wrong and it bricked the pack.
Redownloading 1.16, moving over the mods I added on my own and then restarting the world from the 1.16 that had the problem gave me the same corruption message. Somehow during an update my world got bricked to the point it was still playable in the problematic 1.16, but not in the new 1.16.
Updating the pack to 1.16, but not transferring the mods that were in the old 1.16 but not in the new one, the world launched. However, the initial problem did reoccur. I think something goes wrong when updating past 1.14.
And another thing, unrelated to this, is that some creative flight items just don't work anymore in 1.15 and 1.16. like the chest plate from direthings and advanced AE.

The bees go into a cage, but don't produce a product.
