What happened?

Since the new update using Aternos as the server. Upon joining the game only, the chunk the user is in loads. They are unable to interact with anything and within 30 seconds they will get a Connection Lost timed out. According to the server the user is still connected. But upon every re attempt to connect user will instantly get a Connection Lost Timed Out Error.

did your ae2 system have croptopia items in it before it got removed? and is this the first update you played since they removed croptopia (basically skipping from a version that had croptopia to 1.16)? if so, maybe it's causing the crash.
I don't know how to solve this one without downgrading, try that with a copy of the world?

No we all played on 1.15 (Aternos manages the mod pack version and you can’t change it) then when it went to 1.16 this happened
