What happened?

Rarely, when I'm playing atm10 and I tab out for any reason, there's a small chance I just get disconnected for some reason.

This has been happening since 1.1 i think?? but it's so rare it's only happened like 5 times.

It's got something to do with Failed to encode packet 'clientbound/minecraft:set_equipment' though, and it only seems to happen when i equip my Mekasuit although I can't confirm that since I wear it all the time.

Also for some reason I need to restart the game every time I exit the world to rejoin since the world disappears from the world select screen whenever I leave for any reason, any fixes for that would be appreciated.

EDIT: I noticed it happens more often when I get hit by a Modular Router set to attack mode via an Activator Module.

turns out it happens even when i'm not tabbed out, it just happens for no real reason

Same here

Seems related to mob spawning in my case, if I either turn off my spawner mob farm or stay away from it I don't get the error anymore.
