What happened?

When I create second Ender Dragon it normal end crystal doesn't have a problem but when I want to break a mod end crystal in church it impossible to break

you arent suppose to break the end crystals inside the structure just the ones in the tower so the dragon cant heal , the ones in the structure are only to bring it back to life and for AE2 that looks like a shader bug possibly
