Describe the issue

On the quests for silent gear the quest for the katana blueprint has the tip 'More damage than the sword but slower' and the quest for the machete blueprint has the hint 'Slightly faster than the sword, but less damage'... These two are backwards, each pasted into the other's place. not a big deal, but might confuse newer users.

This is now correct, they were swapped in silent gear at some point
