What happened?

Pretty much as title, specifically have tested the Movement speed cards and they make 0 difference on 0.1 or 8x boosts, on or of and equipped or unequipped. Armor is linked and fully charged.

hmm actually it seems relaunching the game client, makes it magically start working, for all 3 users.
