[Bug]: Jade does not show energy since ATM10 version 1.17

What happened?
In ATM10 versions prior to 1.17 Jade would show the energy of blocks but now this doesn't work anymore. To make sure that this issue is caused by the update, I compared 1.16 and 1.17a on completely fresh installs. Here are some screenshots as examples:
