What happened?

When using the Decompress All, Decompress Item, or Decompress Stack features from Crafting Tweaks the items being decompressed revert to nine of the next stack size down. The attached video demonstrates this issue. There are initially three stacks: one 3x cobblestone, fourteen 2x cobblestone, and twenty-seven 1x cobblestone. When all the stacks are decompressed using the Crafting Tweaks feature I only get 9 cobblestone when I should get 2,106.
