What happened?

Go into creative mode and went to type to search for blocks. Goes to save world screen then shuts entire game down.

(rando guy trying to help) I Attempted several times in 10-1.19 and couldn't reproduce a crash. I have noticed how the creative menu on 1.19 is extremely laggy when changing game modes for a second. but the crashes should be fixed if you update.
