[Bug]: Cryobyssal Geyser and Molten Stellagmite in Eternal Strarlight cant be recived

What happened?
The two quests that require these blocks to be picked up can not be completed, I have tried both silk touch and non silktouch, when the blocks are broken they just drop the base item.
