What happened?

I acquired the 'heart stop' effect during battle. To see if I could cancel the effect, I "/home", milked a cow, then drank the milk, then the game immediately crashed. Twice;
-Once the other day in v1-1.20 - upon reload, player died, milk consumed.
-Once today in v10-1.22 - upon reload, player alive, heart stop effect gone, but the milk had not been consumed.
