What happened?

Unsure if duplicate of #589 as the issue specifies Mekanism's Jetpack.

Artifact's (12.0.5) Helium Flamingo, when paired with any Iron Jetpack (8.0.5) Jetpack and Relic's (0.9.2.0) Roller Skates, will produce a catastrophic speed boost.

To replicate: equip the Roller Skates and ensure ability is researched and active. Equip the Jetpack and provide a means of power. Equip the Flamingo. Build up speed on the ground, jump, then press a key bound to sprint.
