What happened?

How to reproduce:

1. Place any inventory block(chest, barrel, etc.)
2. Place item pipe from Pipez mod adjacently.
3. Wrench the pipe to make it item extractor.
4. Insert any pipe upgrade(advanced, ultimate, no difference) into the pipe.
5. Now apply cardboard box from Mekanism on inventory block(not pipe).
6. Pipe will disconnect, but the upgrade will not drop, it will just vanish :(

I lost two upgrades with long filter list this way, sad...
