What happened?

The craft for the toraty rotary condensentrator in some instanced doesnt work, for example in the computer craft it doesnt work, for a friend didnt work either on the manual craft

With Mekanism crafts I find that it doesn't play nice with the "Substitutions" check boxes, I went and unchecked all the checkbox's (both substitution and use fluids directly) from the pattern and saved it again and that fixed the issues for me.

So yes now I have to ensure I have Oak planks instead of any planks but it doesn't stall for me anymore.

This is usually a problem with NBT that happens when creating patterns, and the solutions are to either do as LordCorellon said or manually click in items that have already finished crafting to ensure correct NBT. Other than that there is really nothing that can be done to solve this.
