[Bug]: Rain is now just black pillars everywhere after the 1.26 update.

What happened?
I just updated the modpack on curseforge and suddenly whenever it's raining I am surrounded by black pillars, the only option to get rid of them is to turn off the wheater in the settings. Shaders make it even worse.

I've got the problem with the black Screen, Everytime it rains the Screen turns black. We are in a Multiplayer server I (Owner of the Server) got the problems as only person in Game.
I have the same issue, version is 2.1 so far. if I get time ill see if I can time travel and see what mod might have updated to cause this. (not a mod pack dev just a software engineer that might be able to help pinpoint the issue)
