[Bug]: Modern Industrialization extra information tooltips are missing

What happened?
After updating 1.27 -> 2.1 most of the handy extra information on the tooltips for Modern Industrialization things aren't showing up.
These tooltips are no longer showing:
- item pipes (don't show the 3 second progress bar or how many items them last moved)
- fluid pipes (aren't showing the fluid type, contents, or transfer rate)
- tanks (aren't showing what fluid they contain or the capacity)
- cables (aren't showing the network transfer rate, etc)
- barrels too probably, i assume they showed the contents but now aren't showing for me
The only type of MI tooltip I could think to check that I'm still seeing is the overclock stuff
