What happened?

We upgraded from version 1.2.5 of the pack to 2.2 yesterday. It appears the mekanism chemical washer recipe for ores has gone from 1mb => 1mb to 5mb => 3mb. Meaning 12 Raw gold becomes 18 ingots when using the T4 ore processing chain. Meanwhile if you remain at the Tier 2 processing chain 1 raw gold will turn in to 3. So 12 Raw gold becomes 36.

I am unsure if this is a bug or an intentional nerf. I am assuming bug since it means there would be no point in upgrading to the T4 chain. I am not all that familiar with these mods, but I noticed all of my AE2 patterns that utilized smelting ores broke because the ratios changed, and it appears significantly worse.

I did my due diligence and have tested every version of the pack from v2 -> v2.3 and the issue started in v2.2.
