[Feature]: Ability for 3x3 compacting upgrade From sophisticated storage to compact essence into higher teirs from mystical agri

Feature Details

This Would allow for condensing of Essence and would be 100% compacting
as you can down craft into lower essence.
So it would compact into blocks then compact blocks into another Teir.

When I get time I will produce the recipes and make a pull Request.

But Would like thoughts before hand
