[Bug]: Mekanism QIO Importer not working

What happened?
After server update from 2.4 to 2.6 the QIO Importer didnt work anymore. I tried to see if the reason is the chest but no matter what i try it on (Chest, Mekanism Logistik etc) it does not work. Tried all redstone setting.
