[Bug]: Nether Star Generator unable to use Nether Stars

Possible Fixes
This should be fixable by changing the forge:nether_stars tag to c:nether_stars.

What happened?
The Nether Star Generator from Generators Galore is supposed to use Nether Stars to generate power, but is bugged and has an invalid forge tag that is no longer used.
