[Feature]: raw ore block smelting recipe support

I noticed after the update from 2.6 to 2.7.
Raw ores blocks enrichment chamber recipes were removed.
Would it be possible to add the enrichment recipes back or allow all the raw ore blocks from other mods to be smelt able directly.
