[Bug]: Freezing after a couple minutes of play. (memory allocation rate or memory leak)

Yes
Modpack Version
2.6 upto 2.11
What happened?
Either every hour or every couple of minutes, my game freezes. It first starts to stutter and then freezes until I have to force it to close. It takes longer to start up the game than I actually get to play about 50% of the time.
I've reinstalled and restarted, and I have tried different amounts of allocated RAM: 8GB, 10GB, 16GB, 24GB, and 32GB. None seem to fix the issue. The higher numbers actually seemed to be less stable, so after some web searching, I now stick with 10GB as this has been recommended the most.
I don’t know what to do.
I've checked the open bugs that were listed but none seemed to be like my issue.

While having these stutter problems, do /spark heapsummary
and share the log it gives please
There are several known memory leaks, the easiest ones to trigger are hyperboxes without force loading and sophisticated backpacks / chests being used in mob farm setups
As I am playing on a server I do not have access to this command, the admin told me i could use "/sparkc profiler start --alloc --timeout20"" instead which i did but it said my system does not support this.
