What happened?

I updated the server by going to the FTP File Access and deleting the Config, Jar, and Mod folders like I've done every time and now when I go to start the server it shows this. "[Server] INFO Error: could not open `jar/unix_args.txt'"

.. delete the Jar folder?
that very much sounds like some apex hosting or multicraft kind of thing, we dont have a jar folder in the server files we ship
