[Bug]: Simply Lights Illuminant Blocks now seem to get enchants and/or special names when broken

What happened?
Not sure, when this started, but the server I play on recently updated to 2.13. Recently I was breaking some inverted lights I've had up for a while to move them and many of them now see to have extra data/enchants? I'm not sure what mod is adding them, but the server owner thinks it might be Apotheosis.

Had the same thing happen with a backpack I placed down, couldnt reproduce it tho
Reproduced with both lights and backpacks as well as the trophies from Jonn's Trophies. This is happening with any item that can be placed and worn specifically in an armor slot (Simply Lights can be worn as helmets for some reason). Seems to be on Apotheosis' end, so I opened an issue there.
