What happened?

To be able to get the "Replica" shield, we need 100 soul.
But with the current default "balanced" config, there is a cap to only 5 souls.

DEATH_COLLECTION_MAX = 5

This should be at least 100.
The DEATH_COLLECTION_REVIVE_VALUE should be adapted if considered overpowered.
