What happened?

There is a way to dupe certus quartz with Reaction Chamber, Mekanism Crusher or any other ways u get certus dust from certus crystals and a charged crystals. Simply you put 16 charged certus crystals and 16 certus dusts into Reaction Chamber and you will get 64 certus crystals. This stack of crystals u can Charge in reaction chamber and the dusts u can get from crushing crystals if you have more with yourself, and repeat this over and over and duping it.

This is an intended recipe with the reaction chamber. You can duplicate your Certus Quartz manually as well by dropping Charged Certus Quartz and Dust into water. Reaction Chamber allows for better return and easier automation.
