What happened?

After a crash whilst reloading a shaderpack, once reloaded I found every single bee inside my Advanced Hives had vanished. Only the bees outside the hive at the time of the crash remained.

After using a previous backup file to get my bees back did not completley fix the issue with about 50% of them still gone.
