What happened?

builder building, builder house 4 to 5 stuck on lanterns deeptile slate and mangrove stripped logs. the lantern in the console for the builder house will keep flashing and ive tried every type of in game work around but, it seems there might be something else conflicting i am currently using shogun design layout for my npcs.
