What happened?

If you build the Quarry from AddtionalMiners and use a flexible marker or chunk marker to be able to adjust the frame you can align the frame with the bedrock which will remove the bedrock as the frame builds (It doesn't give the bedrock into it's inventory, just voids it) leaving a hole where the frame was after you destroy the frame
