What happened?

Using the "destroy structure" feature of the modular machines results in reinforced blocks from security craft (normally indestructible unless reset to normal first) being removed and dropped.

Easiest way to reproduce is using the Runic Enchanter, as it's a very tall structure if you place the controller under some reinforced blocks and then use the "destroy structure" feature the controller will remove all the blocks that exist in the space the structure would occupy not just the blocks placed/belonging to the structure. As the reinforced blocks are within the space the structure would have occupied they get removed as well and dropped onto the ground
