[Bug]: Apotheosis stats and enchants applied to Simplylights blocks on break

What happened?

For all of the Simplylights blocks, when they are broken, random apotheosis stats and enchants are added through NBT data preventing items stacking. Due to the frequency of this happening, you either don't catch it and it clogs up all the "types" in AE storage -or- you have to trash the blocks and craft new ones.

Forgot to add this, but it's been this way since apotheosis was added a few updates ago.
