[Bug]: Hydrofluoric Acid production does not match JEI

What happened?
Mekanism Hydrofluoric Acid is 100mb Sulfuric Acid + 1 Flourite in JEI (Block form is 900mb Acid)
Actual consumption is far greater than that, consuming anywhere between 1500-1700mb per 1 Flourite (not block)
Each subsequent craft consumes a differing amount of gas and doesn't seem to have any consistency

additional testing, the Speed Upgrade lowers this impact.
No speed upgrades has some variance in the consumed fluid but is closer to 100mb. 8x Speed upgrades gives the above consumption.
