[Bug]: Amethyst Crystals Not Growing

What happened?
I'm growing amethyst seeds alongside all my other (functioning) Mystical Agriculture plants, but amethyst does not appear to work. I'm not aware of any other criteria they need to grow. Here is some images of them not growing (compared to other plants).
