[Bug]: Firestone ore from Railcraft doesn't seem to generate in lava pools or in the mining dimension

What happened?
I've been searching for half an hour for Firestone ore so i can craft the fireboxs needed for the Runic Enchanter.
I've looked inside lava pools using true sight, used the digital miner to try and find it, and did the same in the mining dimension, but i have no idea why I can't find it
