What happened?

I launch the server after doing all the installation process. I have the correct version of neoforge with the modlist downloaded directly from curse forge. I tried searching here on the forums for solutions another thread with someone having the same issue told me to try modifying the autorization of the server files but it didn't work. Apparently it has some ties with All the wizard gear which can't find a file somewhere but I couldn't find the directory. I'm sending the logs hoping you guys can help me thanks
