What happened?

I have a pair of users that base together, they are using mekanism logistical transporters, every time a player enters that chunk containing them, the server is closed out. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be disruptive.

I saw a previous issue pulled recently that seemed similar, but thought I would report mine as well for visibility.
