[Bug]: Compact Machine does not have any machines

What happened?
Compact machines (by default) does not have any templates for the actual machines.
To enable the datapack with the default templates the Compact Machine wiki provides instructions which involve a server owner or Open to LAN with Cheats

/datapack enable "mod/compactmachines:data/compactmachines/datapacks/basic_templates"
This datapack also needs to be explicitly enabled during New World creation.
Effectively, without Admin/OP control, Compact Machines is not a functional mod.
I'm unsure how datapacks work, whether ATM would create their own templates, or enable the Default Datapack by default
