What happened?

When you place a @powah energy cable and remove it the game thinks the cable is still there, so when I place a new cable on the same position the game crashes.

The game crashed whilst unexpected error
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Cable added to position BlockPos{x=-11269, y=102, z=-10537}, but there was already one there?
