What happened?

If a player receives environmental damage (in this example - drowning), that has no "attacker", the game will crash.

Same with poisoning

"me too" (v2.22, fire damage from Apotheosis mob)

Hit apotheosis orange mob once, it set me on fire, immediate crash (NPE from shock pendant). Reloaded, mob was still there, but damaged. Hit it again (killing it this time) but with same result - NPE crash from shock pendant due to fire effect from mob.

This is fixed in ATM10 2.23
