What happened?
Whenever I try to play ATM 10, my game stutters a lot and when checking Task Manager, my CPU usage is at 100%. It has been happening since even before the 2.0 update. I have tried adding some mods to help with the problem, but nothing is working.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
RAM: 64GB 3200MHz
