Is there able to craft paradox machine? To get time crystals we need to time bee, but to get time bee egg we need time crystals, there is such uncraftable loop?

Time crystals are like amethyst clusters they grow on budding time crystals.
Use the shadow pulse goo with budding amethyst to make buddy time crystals.
Also recommend watching a direwolf20 video on automating them
