[Bug]: Heart Crystal and Heart Amulet Total Health

What happened?
I'm genuinely not sure if this is a visual issue or an actual bug (it seems like an actual bug), but when taking damage for the first time after a short period of time (long enough to recover to full health), I take ~7-8 hearts worth of damage. The reason I believe it's a true bug is because my hunger drains rapidly until fully recovered, meaning my hearts are real. At the time, I had the Heart Crystal artifact equipped (and maxed out) along with 10 red, 10 yellow, and 6 green hearts in my heart amulet. After doing some testing, it seems as though the Heart Crystal bonus health both is and isn't being applied (i.e. not correctly calculating actual hearts). Taking damage seems to remove the bonus health provided by the Heart Crystal while still believing the player to have the total health of the Heart Crystal + heart amulet. Hunger is drained based on the highest health achievable between the two bonuses, however, I don't believe the hearts provided by the Heart Crystal are actually there.
For reference, I have full vibranium armor with maxed protection enchantments, so damage shouldn't be happening in general to normal mobs.
