[Bug]: MineColonies Claim Area & Protection Prevents other player interactions in their own claimed chunks when overlayed

What happened?

My Friend has setup a MineColony near my base and it overlaps with the FTBChunks claim area preventing either of us interacting in said area due to both mods prohibiting the other person.

This seems like a conflict of interests as I do not believe MineColonies should have privilege over FTBChunks claim protection and should be either:

  1. Have colonies prevented from placement within claim protection distance of such area.
  2. Have the MineColony claim protection go around FTBChunks claimed area.
  3. Have the MineColony claim protection be automatically disabled in favor of FTBChunks when present and use the player's FTBChunks claims instead.

If you have permissions for it you can as admin set this to false
enablecolonyprotection = true
in the minecolonies-server.toml to disable the griefprotection used in minecolonies as an possible solution just make sure to claim it using FTB chunks.
Explosive protection will still be possible and is configured just under it.

Another way would be to add each other to the colony as member/officer. and the same with FTB chunks.
