What happened?

What is not working:

I am using few Runic Processors - Chemical Infuser. All of them stopped working somwhere after 2.20.
D-T Fuel from tritium and deuterium - Not working
Sulfuric acid from sulfur trioxide and water vapor - Not working
Sulfur trioxide from Sulfur Dioxide and Oxygen - Not working

All of those have Vacuum Chemical Input and Output hatches. Ultimate Energy Inputs.

Tried to fix by:

Completly removing and plasing structure.
Removing and placing back input/outputs.
Removing placing controller.
