[Bug]: Wither Skull Scroll Quest Completing with a different scroll

What happened?
The Quest "Wither Skull Scroll" is being completed when ever i pick up a scroll that looks like the needed scroll. The scroll i pick up is level one and not even legendary and I'm getting it from a dungeon chest
