What happened?

With the advanced hive, if u try to put a simulator upgrade in the hive the game crashes.
I did this 3 times and the game crashes

Also there is a message that u need to put the upgrades in the crafting table or else the upgrades will fade.
And there is the problem of some of the combs not using the electric centrifuges
