What happened?

A friend had logged onto the server to check the new update out but then realized that thousands of both vanilla and modded resources had been wiped from our Mekanism QIO storage system.

Items that has been wiped (That I have discovered so far)
Netherite Scrap
Nether Stars
Iron
Coal
Lapis Lazuli
Ink Sacks
Sand
Eyes of Ender
Ars Nouveau Source Gems
Mekanism Alloys (Infused, Reinforced and Atomic)
Mekanism Elite Control Circuits

And many more that I have yet to discover. I see no real connection in the items but I figure other people who may experience the issue could cross reference this to their world.
