[Bug]: item handling and fluid containers (bucket like things)

What happened?
I can no longer pour a bucket of fluid into a tank. I've tried all the tanks I have, dimmStorage, mek ultimate tank, functional fluid drawer, dark tank etc. This bug also occurs with other bucket like items which should normally pour into a tank with a left click, evilcraft blood collector, mek tanks/buckets...
the only left click action which works is pouring the fluid into the world.
in an ae2 terminal (which does have space to store both fluids and items and which is set to handle both fluids and items) hovering over with a filled bucket (blood collector, mek tank..) will normally show a little tooltip, one of the clicks pours the bucket into fluid storage and the other click drops the filled bucket into item storage. this tooltip no longer shows, you can only put the filled bucket into item storage. (which occurs on either left or right click)
this bug is very recent, I believe it was introduced in 10.0.29 but possibly one or two builds earlier.
