What happened?

When I break a (Nitro) Player Transmitter with paxels from the 'Just Dire Things' mod, for some reason it often drops 2 instead of 1.
I used the latest pack version and I'm playing on a server

Hello, how did you get the paxel from that mod? There is no recipe for it in the EMI.
I posted the missing recipe in this github a few days ago, but it hasn't been fixed yet.

I got it when the recipe was still in the game, a couple of versions ago.
